Packing/Paint Leaves Something to Be Desired

The product itself is sturdy, easy to move, and goes together fairly easily. However, it is not packed for shipping very well; there is no padding of any kind. What this meant for me is that one of the base ends arrived with serious scratches and paint chips because I assume other parts in the box damaged it. The paint is smooth and attractive, but not durable; you can scratch it during assembly. The design and construction is solid, but I would like to see better quality paint and more care taken to make sure the product arrives undamaged.

Met our needs

We are using this rack in our Vesting Sacristy at church. The room is small, the built-in closet microscopic. This rack fits our small space, holds all our vestments and makes it easy to organize them.
