I have purchased oversize 20" hangers in the past and have been very satisfied but with this latest order found that the advertised 20" hangers were actually 19" and with my size that inch makes a difference.
Having searched locally for oversized hangers for my jackets without success, I turned to the web and ordered.
So glad I did and now my jackets don't have that crazy bobble on the shoulders!
one crossbar was totally missing from the box and one was broken. Hangers are still useable without the bar but I have to pull out the 'tacks'.
